The course in English is organized as one whole course that takes place in Viskla külakeskus (a location not very far from Tallinn). Accommodation is included in the price.
On July 8 we are waiting you around noon so that at 13:00 we start with the course.
The schedule:
08.07 Practical course with personal approach:
* fast and effective way for fastening hands and feet;
* training and development of swinging technique (timing, correct posture, breathing etc.);
* instructing the swinger.

9.07 First part of the day
* history of kiiking;
* how to take advantage of physics;
* how to avoid accidents and injuries.

9.-11.07 Practical course with personal approach:
* swing area measuring and anchoring;
* kiiking swing transportation on a trailer;
* (dis)assembly of kiikign swing;
* erecting and downing of kiiking swing;
* how to level the swing quickly and efectively (system is important!).
Price includes courses, 2 lunches, accommodation and shower.

12.07 Kiiking instructor exam
To obtain kiiking instructor certificate it is necessary to participate on two Estonian Kiiking Associations events for practice. For more information, please contact us.
